The base (color black only) is only 3 inches (8cm) high and is 5 feet 8 inches (173cm) in diameter.
This pole is available in high polished genuine stainless steel and is 1.75 inch (45mm) in diameter.
The pole features spinning mode (Stationary mode available upon request with a locking pin included.) The pole holds up to 250 lbs (113kg) and it does not require a ceiling.

POLE RENTAL AGREEMENT - Please download, complete, scan & email back to ELLAVATIONS.COM@GMAIL.COM along with required documents.

Once availability has been confirmed via email and all pertinent information has been given, you must complete payment to ensure guaranteed reservation for your rental. Once payment is successfully complete, you will receive confirmation.

***TERMS OF POLE RENTALS***
All equipment is used at the lessee's risk. ELLAVATIONS exercises precaution in keeping our equipment in good condition. Conditions which prevent satisfactory operation of equipment do not relieve lessee of his responsibility for rental charges.
Scheduled rental rates begin when equipment is released or delivered. Lessee assumes all responsibilities for equipment while out of possession of lesser and promises that such equipment is in as good condition as it was at the effect date of the lease.
Natural wear from a responsible use is expected. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of leased property. All equipment loss or damaged beyond repair will be paid for by the lessee at the replacement price and all damaged equipment which may be repaired will be repaired by the manufacturer on the return thereof and the cost for such repairs shall be paid by the lessee.
In the event the lessee desires to extend the lease, ELLAVATIONS must be notified immediately, by email prior to pick up in order to obtain approval in writing for said extension. Payment must be successful and paid in full before extension is granted. Extra day/time extensions will be billed in the amount of the current rate of said extension day not initial day rate. If extension has not been granted, ELLAVATIONS will report the pole equipment stolen. Lessee will be held responsible and any outstanding balances must be paid.
Accrued rental charges cannot be applied against the purchase price or cost of repairs of such damage or lost equipment. All cartage (transportation/shipping) charges must be borne by the lessee.
I agree that all charges for rental, damage, or material will be paid, and that all collection fees, attorney fees, court costs, or any expense involved in the collection of these charges will be borne by me in the court of the parish in which indebtedness is incurred.
In the event that this reservation is canceled or, after we arrive, it is determined that space does not allow for a pole(s) to be placed in the venue area, lessee will still be responsible for 100% of the above-stated total paid rental. There will be absolutely no refunds.
Client is responsible for any and all fees associated with cancellation and refund transactions. Initial deposits and fees are entitled to a 50% return after agreement has been signed. Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 48 hrs. prior to scheduled rental date/time. Client is responsible for 100% full payment of charges if notified within less than 48 hrs and will not be granted a refund or credit of any kind.

RETURNING POLE & ALL ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT
Make sure you have all the parts on the "POLE RENTAL CHECKLIST."
Once pole is brought to drop-off location, pole will be inspected and POLE RENTAL RETURN CONFIRMATION FORM will be completed and signed by person who is returning the pole and all associated equipment.
If Lessee has incurred any charges after initial pole rental, lessee will receive an email confirmation, including POLE RENTAL RECEIPT, within 5 days once transaction has been complete.
